open Microsoft office then after outlook has been open I shut down Office
Outlook by the red X , then try to reopen the program but it will not open.
Have to reboot the computer before the progam will reopen. when shuting down
computer I get outlook express shuting down box when clicking okay the
program again reopens before shuting down again? What is causing this to
happen I have done the repair in help but doesnot seem to correct the problem.
