Microsoft Outlook

I recently bought a new computer with Microsoft Vista and outlook. I set up
my email and up until about two weeks ago everything was fine. Just recently
I haven't been able to receive emails. I can send them, but cannot receive
them. If anyone would be able to help me in this matter I would greatly
appreciate it.

What has changed in the last two weeks on your computer? Have you tried
using the Test Account Settings function within Account setup in Outlook?
That very often generates useful error messages.
