Out look is an office program and usually (if i am not mistaken) does not
come with your computer.Usually you have to buy the xp office disc which will
install the full version of excel, word, outlook and many other features.
xp comes with outlook express.
how did you get outlook on your computer in the first place???
If you have the disc trying running it on your other computer

You will need to install Outlook. If you have Office and that is what you used to install Outlook on your other computer then you can use the same to install on your other system. The Eula permits this to install on another one. If you do not have any install disks or Outlook separate or your other install is an OEM Office install then you will need to purchase Outlook as a stand alone in a store like Staples for example and use that to install

Only if one of the two is a laptop. Two desktops are not allowed.
Moreover, this applies only if it is a retail version of Outlook. OEM
versions allow installing only on the system with which it was supplied.
