I keep getting the 1303 error message when trying to install Microsoft Picture it Photo on my gateway computer. I have tried installing from the disk. copying files from the disk and installing from the hard drive, all to no avail. I have tried changing all the permissions but still nothing works. Keep getting 1303. Any suggestions???
