Prior to installing Windows 7 operating system my outlook 2003 opened to send
an email with pictures from Microsoft Picture Manager. Now the same office
2003 will not let this happen. When I try to send either by attaching or just
the display in message it will not allow and the message is "The message
could not be created. If outlook is running, make sure it has no open dialog
boxes, and then try again. There are not dialog boxes open, this has just
started since installing Windows 7 and then re installing office 2003.
I use this all the time and need it for my business to work smoothly. I know
there are other ways of getting the same thing done, but this is much more
convenient.
