Microsoft Power Point Viewer and Outlook express problem

I can not make an association between Outlook express 6 and Microsoft Viewer
2003, for any video attachments. I have gone to the Control Panel many times.
I got Windows XP.

I need to double click on this attachments for Microsoft Viewer to open
them. What can I do?

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum and has nothing to do
with Outlook Express.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
