Microsoft Producer for Powerpoint 2003

When launching producer 2 I get a "General Access Denied Error" then the
message box closes without producer starting, any help will be appreciated,

You'll probably have better luck if you post this in the Producer group.
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx is
an alpha list of groups on the MS web interface. Click the + next to
microsoft.public.producer, then click on microsoft.public.producer just
below.
