JoAnn

When I enter the Product Key number it does not accept it. I unfortunatly
had 3 gateway computers die on my because of other reasons. So have I used
up the amount of times I can use the CD? This is unfair since I didn't get
to use those downloads. Help

Hi Jo Ann,

You can use the telephone activation method to speak
to a Microsoft activation technician. If it's an OEM
(provided by the PC maker) they may not authorize
an additional key, but with 3 defective PCs the PC supplier
should then consider providing you with the replacement
software as well.

Note: MS Office is not a 'download' (i.e. MS doesn't
provide non-trial software over the internet), but an
installation CD.
