Microsoft Professional trial, many install attempts, won't work

Downloaded Microsoft Office Professional trial version, after numerous
attempts to install and entering product key, blah, blah, blah. All I need it
for is the Access program and it will not work. Keeps saying the trial
version is expired...

Sounds like this might be the second time you are trying to install and use
the Trial version. Is that true?
