I am looking for an actual training class on Microsoft Office Project 2007
Possibly in the Nashville Tennsse area or St. Louis area. any idea. Please
advise

Other than googling for it, I don't know who could help you out there.
However, I caution you, be careful in selecting a trainer for MS Project.
There are a lot of "push button" trainers who have read a manual but never
used Project. They will likely teach you as much wrong as right, if not
more. This tool depends on an underlying theory called Critical Path Method
Scheduling, and without some understanding of that and Project Management,
is nearly impossible to use effectively, much less teach. Make sure the
person you get has some knowledge of Project Management and of CPM or you
risk getting led astray early in the game.

I have had good luck with sessions from New Horizons...before we deployed
2003, we sent all our PM's to the class to prepare, and it was well worth the
effort to common understandings.

Hi Sundos,

I know that ESI International has classes on Project. As stated elsewhere,
New Horizons does as well. I also know that a company named PMP Specialists
will do individual or small group training - remotely or in person. And,
their trainers have current experience in the real world as well so it isn't
just theory to them.
