Microsoft Project 2010 % Should have been completed

Hi
I am in the planning stages of a project that will run over a 6 month
period. The project manager has asked for some way to display what
percentage of the project should be complete on a monthly basis. This
would not be an actual percentage complete, but rather according to
the plan on a particular date (status date) we can indicate what
percentage should be complete from the baseline. I have looked at EV
but that calculates on completed work, I am looking for projected or
planned work percentage.
