Typically this indicates an older version of MDAC on the Server, client or
both. Upgrade all the way around to be sure. Let us know if this helps.

Thank you for the response:

I updated the Client and Server to MDAC 2.8 (latest version I found on Microsoft Site) and it didn't help the problem...
The other annoying problem is that I cannot upload a Project File to the Server...I've put it on a network share (the same Project Server) and I've created multiple DSN's, to no avail...

But the problem that really bugs me is the one about the errors on the page...I followed the directions on installing PrjCentral to the letter, and I get this...Frustrating....Makes me want to abandon the whole project....Except I know the benefits....

Any other suggestions??

Any chance you're using the Google popup blocker? This can interfere with
the grid object loading as well. If this is a fresh install, verify your
installation routine against the one on www.mvps.org/project
