Microsoft Project can't load speech recognition files

I recently installed Microsoft Office Project Pro 2003 and keep getting an
annoying prompt.

"Microsoft Project can't load speech recognition files. this feature is not
currently installed. Would you like to install it now?"

When I click No, it keeps popping up. When I click yes and try to install,
it cannot find a .cab file on the install CD.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail.

Please help,
