Microsoft Project file size and merging - Help!!!

Hi, I'm having problems with sending a 90 day plan to some email
recipients because I have imported another plan, which runs alongside
the 90 day plan, into the original 90 day plan and this, for some
reason, is causing it to automatically open 'All Tasks' rather than
just the 90 Day window that I have selected (thus making the file too
big for some recipients to open). It's currently about 32mb.

Can anyone please help me with a work around for this?

I'm trying to get rid of the "All Tasks" option and the action it has
upon the Gantt chart.
