J JulieS May 30, 2006 #2 Hi CMAC, In Calendar view choose Format > Bar Styles. Select Critical from the Task Type list, in the bottom next to Field(s) enter Finish, Resource Names. Repeat from Non-Critical. I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along. Julie
