Microsoft Publisher 2002 freezing-up

Publisher is not working. All of the work done on
Publisher which is basically all of the work I need to
get done, just plain freezes no matter what I do. Help.
We have already checked with the cable company, the
router unit, rebooted 20 times, and my technical expert
has been here 2X and tried to help on the phone. We have
been out of commission on Publisher since Friday.

What has the cable company got to do with Publisher?

Publisher does not operate on a network and all the Publisher files must be
located and used from the local hard drive.

Your so called 'technical expert' is obviously bereft of technical
knowledge.
