Microsoft Publisher for a chapbook

I have Windows XP Home Edition with Microsoft Office Student and Teacher
Edition 2003, which includes PowerPoint and Word, also I have Microsoft Works
version 7.0. My concern is I'm trying to put develop and publish a chapbook
and I need Microsoft Publisher. I've been told that I may already have it.
Would Publisher be in either of the above software, if no, what's the best
way to find and purchase it.

No, Publisher was not included in your packages.
Might try eBay for an older version or buy Publisher 2003 from your favorite software
vendor. You can create a chapbook in Word, albeit not easily. Word has a booklet
setup.

If you have Publisher, it will show up in a search of your computer with the search
keyword "MSPub.exe"
