Microsoft publisher to pdf

When I convert my publisher file to an adobe pdf, it works well. I need to
know how to do this, which will allow me to type in the blank spaces I have,
but not let anyone change the content of my file. and then print Thank
you

This will be a function of Acrobat, not Publisher.

Specifically Acrobat Pro. And I can tell you (from first-hand experience)
that many novice end users will have difficulty with that.

Check out a program called 'Foxit' it may do as you require.
