My scanner was working fine until I got this new computer with windows xp. I
tried to scan a document to word 2003 and the launch assistant said that the
application may be unable to open the image files SO I went into the
microsoft office document scanning and must have really messed things up
because now when I try to scan the image is completely black and it seems
that all my settings on the original scanner have been taken over by the
microsoft document scanning settings. What do I do now to make my scanner
run. Please help
