Microsoft Visual Basic Error, File not found

Everytime Windows XP loads, or I open or close Word, I get
the following message: "Microsoft Visual Basic Error, File
Not Found, DVZAddin.dll"
This does not seem to prevent the use of Word but is
annoying and I wonder if it is symptomatic of a larger problem.
I have run the Office XP repair utility but it has had no
effect on this problem.
