Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Libary ERROR???

I have recently migrated to Outlook 2002 on XP Home. When I start Outlook I
get the following message.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error

Run Time Error
Program..\Microsoft\office10\outlook.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way.

Please contact the applications support team for more information.

Anyone any idea, it happens on both users.
