microsoft visual C++ runtime library error

Every time i try to open Outlook2002 i get the following
error window which is titled "Microsoft visual C++ runtime
library":

Runtime Error!
Program C:\program files\microsoft office\office10\outlook.exe

The application has requested the Runtime to terminate in
an unusual way.

I would appreciate ANY IDEAS on this....

Thanks

I have the same problem and Diane asked me if I had a
program installed, such as VB or something else that was
asking to do this. Look back in this newsgroup to this
morning at " Debugging Errors" it was at 9:06am

Norton Internet Security 2004..steep price to pay for
Outlook..but there are other firewalls out there..gotta
be away to have them co-exist.

Thanks Corky
