Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error Message

I have a user who was in Outlook, and upon exiting, he
would get the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Dialog
box that pops up, and it says "C:\Program....outlook.exe.
Abnormal Program Termination." Any ideas on what could be
causing this to come up. How do I fix it? Please help!
