Microsoft Web Components could not open the database

I have an Access database on a server and I've created a
webpage. I can view and make updates to the database via
the page when I use that computer. If I change to another
computer, I can no longer make updates to the database, I
get, instead,the following message: Microsoft Web
Components could not open the database.

Any ideas?
