Microsoft has to be the worst website around. A constantc link from one page
to the next without ever finding what you want. And no body can ever answer
the questions on the forums.

Gee, I dunno, Marge. I'll give you no argument about the website
itself, but my impression from this particular forum, and the ones that
I participate in, is that most questions do get answered if they are
expressed in a way that makes it possible to answer them. What
questions are you having problems with? Are they related to Microsoft
Access, the database program? That's the focus of this particular forum
and all those subordinate to it in the hierarchy.

Thanks Marge. It sounds like I and about 1000 other MVP's have been
wasting our time over the past ten years, and that all the people who
have thanked us for our help are liars.

I'll see to it that the fee you paid to connect to the free help

Hi, Marge.
A constantc link from one page
to the next without ever finding what you want.

You must use the proper tools. We can easily find just about anything we
want, including all of your posts:

http://groups-beta.google.com/group...04&as_maxd=17&as_maxm=8&as_maxy=2005&safe=off
And no body can ever answer
the questions on the forums.

About 300 questions are asked in the Access newsgroups on any given weekday,
and most of them are answered correctly, free of charge, including some of
yours. Your questions that didn't get answered were questions about the
problems encountered with ADP's. Few Access experts use ADP's (ask yourself
why), so the ones who do might not stop by the newsgroups on the day you ask
an ADP question.

But you are quite welcome to get phone tech support ($245 per incident after
the first one) to assist you:

http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?ln=en-us&x=11&y=12&prid=6689&gprid=36052

They are waiting for your call.

HTH.

I agree about the web site. Not much help there. I don't know what in Sam
Hill you are talking about when you say the forums are no help. I can't count
the number of times these forums have been a big help to me. I can't count
the number of my questions they've answered, and I can't believe how quickly
they usually do it. So on the latter statement, my blue haired friend (corny,
I know), I must beg to differ.
