I bought a Dell comp. with xp My hard drive was
replaced and I downloaded all of the program disks
but word downloaded --only it asks for code on
back of envelope ..there isn`t any. Can I buy
a windows cd or can I order a download on the internet?

What Beth said, George. BUT--if you bought the Dell new, then there should
have been a registration key that came with it for Office XP. If the Dell
was used, then you need to go to Microsoft's site to buy the software.
