Microsoft Word 2000 and 2002

I create documentation for authors.

I usually use Alt Print Screen to capture a word dialog
box and paste into Word97.

When I do the same function in Word 2000/2002, I get the
entire screen plus the resolution is very fuzzy.

How do you capture a print screen and paste into Word 2000
or Word 2002 and retain the quality?
