Please help. Upon opening word it immediately tries to
install itself (windows installer box apprears)
"An error occurred & this feature is no longer
functioning properly. Please run set up and
select "repair..." to restore this application"
I hit OK, open word and go to repair. New windows
installer windows opens:
"This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the
patch exists and that you can access it or contact the
application vendor to verify this is a valid windows
installer patch package"
I've tried to uninstall the program and get the same
Widow installer box with the above error message, "this
patch package..."
Now what? I would really appreciate some direction as I
don't know how to resolve this or where to turn next.
Dell has been zero help! High School exams are fast
approaching and I need this program functioning properly.
