Microsoft Word 2002 cannot shut down

I have this error msg that say "This form requires Word as email-ediotr but
Word is either busy or cannot be found" error msg when you create a new
message or reply to
a message in Outlook 2002 when I close Microsoft Word or reply to email.

I using Windows XP Professional SP2 and Office XP Professional SP3.

Please help me to resolve this, thks a lot.
