How do I copy a file on the hard drive in Microsoft Word
2002 to a floppy disk? I want to also keep it on the hard
drive. Thank you.

You've hit a bug that was never fixed in Office XP: namely, the Send To, 3½
Floppy A shortcut is missing from the File, Open and File, Save dialogs in
XP. I use Explorer to copy the files across but I believe I read recently
that there is a way to put the shortcut back. Now where did I read it? Maybe
Woody's Office Watch? I'll have a look around and see if I can find the FAQ.

Under each profile in Windows there is a SENDTO folder. If you put a
shortcut there, the shortcut appears on the Send To menu. No guarantee that
it will *work*, however, any more than the Print and Copy commands on the
shortcut menu.
