Microsoft Word 2003 Templates

Basically i am trying to make a set of new templates for the company
im working with and i would like the user to be able to click File ->
New -> Templates -> From My computer, this then brings up the template
window. What i want is the tabs across the top to be renamed or new
ones to be created. i have tried creating new folders but i have had
no luck. Any ideas?
This is for Word 2003

Any folders within the user templates or workgroup templates folders should
show up as tabs, but the folders do need to have some content in order to be
visible, I believe.

So - check Tools > Options > File locations to make sure you are adding the
folders in the right place, and place a dummy .dot file in each folder to
test whether it is visible.
