My OS is Win.XPPro.Is there a way of showing two documents at the same time
for comparison of details, which were scanned to Word in the first instance
and then Save As in My Documents? I would appreciate if the instructions (if
there is a way) were given in detail for a self taught learner.

There is another way.

You can open the two documents you want to compare, use the resize to change
their windows to either half page vertical or horizontal using the double
headed arrows off the edges and corners. Then reduce the document sizes
using the % selector to say 50%.

This way both documents can be viewed side by side.

Thank you for the reply, but how do I call up the two documents to present
themselves on the screen after I adjusted the size, because now when I
adjust one and open another the first one disappears from the screen!
