Microsoft Word 2007 Trial keeps showing a strange error message.

I have recently downloaded the free trial of Microsoft Word 2007 and have
attempted to complete one of Microsoft's online tutorials. Every time I start
up Word, I receive a message that says "There is a problem with one or more
installed help files. Please repair your office installation and try again."
I'm afraid I don't understand how to solve that problem, and I would really
appreciate some assistance. I've reinstalled the trial. When I ran
diagnostics, it said there were no problems, but the message keeps coming up.
