I recently ran an anti-virus software on my PC in order to
get rid of a virus which worked very well. However, when I
went to use Microsoft Word 97, the hour glass icon came on
and the program froze. I contacted Microsoft and was told
that the program is no longer being supported due to its
age. They suggested that I post the problem and hope that
a good Samaritan would help. If you have the answer to my
particular problem, please contact me ASP.
