Microsoft Word -Cursor at the Top

Hello,

When I open a new word document I get the cursor at the top of the
page, about 2 mm down of its edge. If I choose <View Header/Footer> the
header box will appear, when I close it, even without typing anything,
the cursor will back to normal position, with a distance of around 2.5
cm from the top edge.

What is the way to fix this permanently?

Oppps, we have found it... it's "Hide White Space" option that will
appear when you put the mouse arrow near the top of the page.
