My one professor posts everything he does on the college's website. I
can't right click and download the documents, if I try it will download
a HTML file which is completely useless. When I click on the link, it
opens the Word doc within Internet Explorer. How can I prevent that?
I would like to download the document and print it out on my duplex
printer to save some space in my notebook. This way I have everythign
i need at the library

When you click a link to open/download a document you should be prompted to
Open or Save the file.

If you are not seeing this message then open an Exploring window, such as My
Computer, go to Tools/Folder Options, select the File Types tab and locate
the file type for Word Documents. Once you select the file type, click the
"Advanced" command and make sure "Confirm open after download" is turned on.
