Microsoft Word/Excel

please help! I am trying to convert an excel spreadsheet into Word format.
I've done it before but don't know how I did it. I've been playing with it
for a couple of hours and am too frustrated to continue. How do you do this?!

That is what I just did, but I thought there was a more direct way of doing

In previous versions of Word you could open the Excel workbook in Word
using File/Open but that capability was removed.
