Try searching your harddrive for winword.exe. Double-click it if you find
it.

Otherwise, we need a bit more info from you, such as what makes you think
Word has disappeared, what version of Word you expect to find on your
computer, and what version of Windows you're using.

Also, in future, please type your question in the message body area.
Unfortunately, the web interface allows posts to be made with empty message
bodies, and some MVPs and others apparently think it's fun to take it out on
the users.

It is unfortunate that it happens to those who are unknowing posting a
question in the newsgroups when in reality, most think they using some
type of automated Help system.

(Also unfortunate when it's MVPs are making fun but that's another
story...)
