microsoft word has encountered a problem and need to close

while i am working with outlook and trying to open an word attachment i start
recive this error message ( microsoft word has encountered a problem and need
to
close) or the information you were working on might be lost microsoft office
word can try to recover it for you.

now i am facing the problem every time i open word doc even when i reinstall
the office again(2003)
