I get the following error on documents within our organization that were
orginally created on Word 2000. When I view the error report contents below
is what I get:
AppName: winword.exe
AppVer: 10.0.6612.0
ModName: mssp3es.dll
ModVer: 2.0.26.10
Offset: 0000f614
I am able to view and edit this document just fine in Word 2000 but Word
2002 sends this error when the user just opens the document. Is this a known
problem? Does anyone have a solution?
Note: I have been able to fix the document by opening it in Word 2000,
cutting and pasting it into a new word 2000 document, and then saving it.
However this effects more than one document thus far.
