when attempting to Translate using MS Word i got this
massage "Microsoft word has encountered a problem and
needs to close", althoug i haved OFFICE XP SP3 installed .

Thanx alot it worked with me,,,
the problem was with the drivers of the printers on the
server needs to be updated....
