Microsoft Word is starting in safe mode - Please Help!

I'm getting an error when starting Microsoft Word and it's forcing t
start in safe mode. I already deleted the normal.dot but it still th
same. I'm not sure if winword.exe is corrupted so what I did was,
reinstall Microsoft Office 2003 and it's the same. Please help! Thanks
