Microsoft Word keeps shutting down

Frustrated by Word

I keep trying to open documents I have created in Word or create new ones and
keep getting the same popup. It says: Microsoft Visual C# Runtime Library
Runtime Error! Program:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10\
WINWORD.EXE abnormal program termination
Does anyone know why it would do this and how to fix this issue? It will
only let me open some things in it's "safe mode" It's very weird. I have
already tried every bit of troubleshooting I could do and still no luck.

You can delete the profile of problem Xp user and make new one.That help me
many times.
