Have an developing problem with Microsoft, WORD, & EXCEL. At friends, where
it started,their computer is not opening or connecting from WORD or to the
printer. If it opens, it doesn't print. Have developed similar situation at
home. I can't even get My Documents to open a file. Have full security at
both locations. Both systems are hard wired. E-mails are not sent back and
forth, and antispyware scans are running and being run and updated. Have sent
problem reports from both locations, and have heard nothing.
