Microsoft Word should allow inserted pictures to move easier.

When trying to move pictures within a document, the program does not allow
the pictures to go directly where I try placing them. Instead, it overlaps
them at times or simply puts them in an entirely new area. Flaw or just
plain stupid? I don't know, but it doesn't endear me to Microsofts products.

Hi Devin,

You didn't mention the version of Word you're using or
what you're trying to accomplish or an example of
the steps you're trying to use, so not sure what you're
seeing.

Word has a number of settings that can be applied to each graphic
that will affect how you move it), if it 'snaps' to a
grid), overlaps and more.

It also has a limitation that a graphic cannot be larger
than the size of a single page.
