My Microsoft Word is running as a webpage and I can't
click on to "save as", because it doesn't exist.

Its possible that you have personalized menus turned on. Go to Tools >
Cutomize > Options (tab) > uncheck "Show full menus after a short delay" or
check Always full menus.

Is it possible that you have lost all your menus and Toolbars or are
definitely in Web view? Even in Web View you should still have menus and
Toolbars. Maybe this FAQ will resolve your problem?

Was Word started by clicking on a link to a document in Internet Explorer.
This opens a version of Word with IE toolbars. To get word to (more) fully
open under these circumstances, right-click on the link and "Open in New
Window."

See the MVP FAQ: <URL: http://www.mvps.org/word/> which is awesome!
