How can I delete empty pages from the middle of the
document I am working on. eg. pages 4, 5, 6, were left
empty and text continued with pages 7 & 8.
Also, how do I delete extra empty space at top of a page.
I have allowed some for print-out on my letterhead, but
not half a page!

Click the Show/Hide ¶ button on the Standard toolbar (or press Ctrl+*) to
display nonprinting characters. You'll doubtless see paragraph marks (¶)
representing empty paragraphs or possibly manual page breaks creating the
extra empty pages. For more, see
