New computer, with MS Works installed. Cannot use the Word processer in
works. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing as they suggested, but I
am getting the same error... LTKRN13N.dll not found. File has been renamed,
moved
or deleted. I tried re-installing from the disk. The disk is the Microsoft
Works and Money 2004 disk. Windows XP on PC.

Help!

The experts with Microsoft Works hang out in
microsoft.public.windows.works - they would be better able to help you than
this forum that supports Microsoft Office.

To prevent any confusion, Microsoft Works is NOT a part of Microsoft Office.

In addition, Microsoft Works Suite is NOT a part of Microsoft Office with the exception of Microsoft Word.

If you have purchased Microsoft Office (which includes Microsoft Word), Microsoft Works Suite (which includes
Microsoft Word), or a stand alone copy of Microsoft Word AND have a question or problem pertaining to
Microsoft Word, then you can ask it in the Microsoft Office newsgroups (such as microsoft.public.office.misc).

With that in mind, you might also try asking your Microsoft Works question on microsoft.public.works.win

http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.works.win
