microsoft works spreadsheet

i use a microsoft works spreadsheet for accounting purposes - i need the
width of the spreadsheet to print on one a4 page how do i do this please

I would suggest posting your question in a Works newsgroup (it's not a part
of Office).

First, it would be a good idea to post what version of Works you are
using. The answer may be different for different versions. It would be a
good idea to also identify the type of printer you are using and to make
sure you have the most current printer drivers.

A quick look at version 8.5 did not reveal any way of doing it directly.
There might be a way of doing an export or screen capture etc. or I may have
missed something.

The 2003 version of Excel does have a feature to allow this, with most
modern printers. I believe it is under page or printer setup menus.
