Migrate backwards (from 2003 to 2002)

Unfortunately, I have to migrate backwards from OL 2003 to OL 2002.
When attempting to import, an error message occurs that the .pst is not
compatible with the older version.

Are there conversion utilities (free, as this is a one time deal) or
any suggestions?
